GOLD illustration charcoal WIP

I know this is hardly that good, but I really haven't done any full-body work with charcoals yet.
(And obviously, you can see why. Doing stuff without truly being able to erase...is hard. XD)

I was just sort of....copying-by-sight the full-page illustration from The Adventure of the Golden Pince-Nez (which, of course, is abbreviated with 'GOLD' ). But I did take some liberties...due to laziness....XD;;

It's not entirely finished, which is why I labeled it as a WIP.

It looks funky, but it's kind of all right. XD
