Description
The paper that I originally drew this on is...pretty much this colour (except a bit darker, but due to scanners being weird, if I darkened it any more post-scanning, it didn't look right.) So my normal Star in Ten Forward piece that has been up for quite a while is really just this with the colour taken from it. XD But I feel some of the lighting details were lost with the transition to complete greyscale...........so here's the actual version. xD I'm pretty sure I haven't uploaded this yet...
It's from 2011, when I first started doing charcoal on coloured paper, so it's not the best it could be.

i really don't know which i like better. this has...an extra sort of charm in the details that...makes me realize more that some of them are there, but the black and white version seems...cleaner, somehow. there's more stars in this one it seems.... i think i like his smile better in the other one...but this one has more depth overall, just slightly? but then the purple spots in his hair aren't appealing, so...XD i dunno, i like both.
