WIP--Sir Crocodile animation

This is a WIP. I wasn't going to put it up until it was finished, but a few people I've shown it to says it looks weird.

I did it in Paint, but I'm bad with Paint... Also, this is a pain in the butt to do when you're not used to computer art. XD
It's also a bit hard (and a little not) because it's small. I'd like your opinion on how it looks so far...I don't want to finish it if it's pathetic.

Oh, and he's dissipating into sand...in case you can't tell.
